Double Sided Sticky Tape – 20mm / 1 Inch Wide | Sew HungryHippie

I am so glad SHH has come out with a 1" DST. Since the commissary at FT Knox has decided to start charging for plastic bags, I have been making grocery bags and this tape really helps to keep the webbing straight and secure until I sew it down. The tape is very strong but can be moved if necessary. I have not had any problem with a sticky needle yet and I am on my 18th bag. (I make them for my friends and neighbors too). Another great product from SHH.

I was hesitant to buy this thinking that the narrow double-sided sticky tape was all I needed. Boy was I wrong! I’ve used it for holding down straps, as expected, but I discovered it’s also handy for holding down application shapes before you sew them on. I’m sure I’ll find other uses for this wider double-sided sticky tape as well. Thanks so much, Natalie.

This wide double sided sticky tape is great! Absolutely love that it’s so wide. I’ve used it to tape down straps in the middle of a bag to allow me to sew it. Worked great!
