The Zamora Crossbody

The stitching is poorly done, not like the image on web page. Leather is hide but not supple, would work as a tool box but very “classy” at all. Customer service has been useless, not responding to my issues, perhaps waiting out return time to say too late to return. The personalization surface came off the first day it was used. Service asked for photos and I sent them, but they do not respond. All said and done not a company I will buy from or recommend to anyone wanting anything but a utility bag.
