Terrible customer service and communication

I ordered these jars and received them, however one was smashed on arrival. I sent a photo to the company and they promised to send a non-smashed jar. One month on, I have sent multiple emails, with some being unanswered, some promising they will try get an update but absolutely nothing has been shipped. This customer service was incredibly poor and it’s honestly a shame because the product itself was nice, I would not recommend buying through this website at all. They are not reliable or helpful.

Game changer

We bought 24 x 195ml jars to organize our messy tray of spice packets. The labels make finding the correct spice instantaneous in lieu of the previous scrabbling around during the cooking process. The jars sit neatly in the cupboard and look great.
