Have to say I am very happy with my purchase, dealings and product. I ended up speaking to Jan due to a shipping issue that was rectified before I even knew about it. She was professional, helpful and all together lovely on the phone during my late night (Australian time call). My parts came ahead of the estimated time frame given and when they arrived went straight onto the bike. The product is fantastic and I am surprised with the difference it has made to the bike.
