I purchased this ring for my wife about a year ago, a few weeks ago she let me know the gold heart section of the Ring had detached and was lost and she was upset, I did what I normally do and just bought a new ring. I could have reached out to customer service, but I chose to just replace it. Not saying either option was correct, I just solved a problem. The other 4 rings I purchased around the same time are still pristine. So, not a negative review, just an honest one. Things happen and this was not worth getting all worked up over. Love all your products.

My daughter loves her new ring! It’s beautiful and great quality. When I ordered the ring I had forgotten to put my daughter’s apartment number in the address section. Of course, I panicked and emailed customer service to have it changed before the order went out! They contacted me right away, fixed the problem and the ring went out promptly! Would definitely order from them again! 10/10!!
