Our dog, Roxy, is on a very strict diet due to her various medical problems and requires prescription food for liver health. We were going between using Hill Science and Royal Canin hepatic l/d canned food, but she only ate the Royal Canin food consistently. Our vet was able to supply this food until he encountered problems with delivery and suggested I try to purchase it directly. I tried Petco since it's a store that we have here in the islands, but their brick-and-mortar location didn't stock the Royal Canin l/d food. So I went online since it was listed on their site. Their system kept bringing up the wrong item due to what they said was a problem in their IT area and they were having problems processing my order. I was told that that they were working on it and would contact me. Days would go by but when they contacted me it was only to say they were still working on it. Meanwhile my dog's food supply was dwindling so I went online to find other sources. I actually tried Amazon but they didn't have that line of food. Fortunately I found your company. Unfortunately I couldn't complete my order on your site because the order page was populated by empty grey boxes which I was unable to input any information. THANKFULLY, your representative, Kathy Elliot, took my information and prescription from my vet, and successfully processed my order on her end. I encountered this same problem on my second order and again, Kathy Elliot came to the rescue...she took the time to figure out a way for me to complete the order. I'm so grateful to her and your company for getting this much needed food to us in a timely manner!
