Nice shirt, but not really made to measure

The shirt was nice, but it didn’t seem to be particularly made to my measurements - I had earlier ordered the exact same shirt (order #1574 in April 2020) that had a great custom fit, and I thought that I would be getting the same thing this time (order #8164, March 2021). But this time, the shirt was an off-the-rack M size, did not have darts to narrow the waist as the previous shirt, and had a soft collar instead of a stiff one as the previous shirt did.
