Great book.
Mr Rippetoe’s book is conceptual leading to a deep understanding of what we are doing when we lift weights. Understanding how form is important makes good form so much easier. When I am told to do something a certain way I always like to know why. Mr. Rippetoe’s book does this for strength training. I am so happy I found this book.
