lunar blossom embroidery kit

This is my second time with Lunar Blossom

This kit was my re-introduction to embroidery after a long break. It was also how I learned about cozy blue. This design has universal appeal, from a child through to an adult! When finished it makes a great gift too.

Everything You Need

Well, mostly. This kit is definitely worth the price. This was my first time trying my hand at embroidery and this kit was perfect. The materials are good quality, the pattern is easy and the little instructions on different types of simple stitches was very helpful, I consulted it a lot. There were some minor instructions I needed to look up, such as the fact that embroidery only uses 2 to 3 of the strands for the floss, but as I said, minor things and it's easy to find them on tutorials here or other beginner embroidery instructions. Overall, I highly recommend this kit, or any of the kits for that matter. This pattern is easy, and even with the inevitable mistakes I made along the way, the finished product is quite pretty.

Delightful project!

This will be a wall item for my new grandchild's nursery which is space themed. Had fun making this, and the ecru colored floss was perfect! Great quality!
