Use These Constantly

I have never gotten the hang of using the metal thimbles I grew up with. I use these CONSTANTLY! They are a bit hot sometimes, but that makes me take the stretch breaks I'm supposed to take.

These grippers are super helpful for sashiko. Sometimes the ends of my finger and thumb go numb from gripping the needle but these help a lot. I will say though, that I have small hands but I sized up to medium just in case and the medium get uncomfortable after awhile because they are so tight. I wish there was a way to better gauge the size before purchase.
