Rich and woodsy
I've been trying to get more into rooibos so I'm not going caffeine crazy at night. Being a big fan of Sunset Sweetheart, I decided that Caramel was worth a shot too. I think I might actually like it a little better than Sweetheart! The buttery, sweet caramel aroma is so pleasant, and the flavoring helps balance out the woody flavor of the rooibos. A bit of sugar or maple syrup can help bring out the caramel flavor more.

Warming and delicious
This is a wonderful blend with a rich, earthy sweetness that manages to be quite complex even on its own. My favorite way to drink this is blended with Open Door’s chestnut black tea and a spot of honey/agave/or brown sugar.
