SoftPro™ Elite HE Water Softener for Well Water

I tried calling to tell you that the water in the salt tank never comes up above the salt and the water still has a rotten egg smell. The representative I spoke with there told me the water should be above the salt. Please write or call so I can get this resolved.

Setting up the softener was easy, and it has worked very well. I sent an email that I wanted to return the quick connections, because they did not work for my setup, but no one has replied.

Added to the well house and it seems to be working fine. water is nice and soft and setup was easy.
