Five stars easily. I am so happily impressed with Roots and Blooms Flower Shop. Sadly I had to order flowers for a funeral. About 4 days before I needed the flowers delivered I nervously called their shop 3 times with questions. And the workers that answered the phone were always polite, patient and knowledgeable about the services that their shop offers. I ordered a “White and Red Standing Cross”, 2 feet tall. It was beautiful. And the price was very reasonable. It arrived 3 hours before the services. One of Roots and Blooms workers texted a photo of the floral arrangement at the funeral home’s office to let me know the flowers had been delivered. And whoever texted me was so kind in the text messages and answered my questions. So, on one of the saddest days of my life I didn't have to worry about whether my flowers had arrived on time for the services. They arrived early and were beautiful and smelled so fresh and amazing. And to think that I had only ever heard of Roots and Blooms about 4 days before the actual beautiful floral arrangement arrived. I'm so thankful that I found them online.
