In my mind Jiu jitsu is a movement problem. This video gave me some new ideas that immediately helped me to move better on the mats. I've always said that submissions are easy to find, but isolating limbs is difficult. The more limbs one can invariably isolate the more submissions they will catch. Intelligent movement is how we isolate limbs. This series offers plenty of ideas that move one to those advantageous positions. one can never get to good connecting positions and attacks
