So far, I have been using the Tens Unit every evening, and I believe it has helped significantly with my lower back pain. I will continue to use the Tens Unit daily for about 40 minutes at a time.

TENS 7000 is a life saver! I drive for work and suffer from degenerative back issues. I use my TENS 7000 with the 2X4 pads while driving and this, combined with the right exercise and stretching, make driving (and other times my back aches) more than bearable. Great value for the price, as well.
