Top quality glass bottles for kombucha!

First time making kombucha, so all kinds of hiccups that one encounters on the learning curve, and which may very well have resulted in bottle bomb(s). As a noob, I bottled while the kombucha was a bit two sweet, on top of that I put the filled bottles in an over heated space for the second fermentation. And then, I did not burp daily, as is recommended. Nevertheless, these super sturdy glass babies sailed through, no problem. The bottles are of excellent quality, design and have super sturdy but easy to use, metal swing-tops which are truly air tight. In spite of all the "oops" that I put this batch through, the resulting kombucha was wonderful. Can't recommend the bottles highly enough.

They took pressure well from the carbonation of my kombucha. The flip tops really kept the pressure and gas in to make that satisfying pop whenever I burp the bottles

I live in rural BC, I've never had a fragile item delivered to my house undamaged, until now! All 12 bottles were intact, which speaks to the incredible quality. I've been so impressed, I literally cannot stop singing RF praises. This won't be the last time I buy these bottles, or their other products. What an incredible find, from a Canadian company!
