Great, but . . .

It is so hard to find stainless steel food containers. Impossible to find without the plastic top. :(. This is a good effort, well made, but still a plastic top. If you can put a stainless top on your water bottle, seems like this could be stainless too? The problem with it is what the other reviews have mentioned - the size of the lid. I store dog clusters in it so it's easy on/off with no temp changes. I don't think I could use it for food simply due to the lid being so large for my hands. Thank goodness for the wire thingy. So A+ for stainless container, F for the plastic, and the lid is purely personal issue - how large are your hands, any arthritis, etc. If you can palm a basketball, it will be perfect. :)
