Green Cabbage Microgreens Seeds

Seeds have sprouted and seem kind of short. I am waiting a little longer and hoping the stems grow a little longer. I still not sure how I should be watering them. I think they are too thick to be pouring water on them and not sure if a sprayer provides enough water for all of the plants.
