The ring I had originally ordered for my fiance (was engraved) had ended up being too big. I was thinking it was a fail on my part and that I had wasted my money. I then contacted customer service about an exchange but had low expectations due to the engraving on the ring. They promptly sent me the exchange instructions and allowed me to get the correct size for my man! I am so happy with this company, they could have told me that they can't take it back because of the engraving however they did the exchange anyway! I am so grateful for their customer service, and my fiance loves his beautiful ring. THANK YOU!!!

The ring is amazing. I must say this company's customer service representative Shanna went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied. The 1st ring that was shipped was delivered to the wrong address. I emailed Shanna and there was another ring shipped out and I received it for the special occasion. If you are looking for mens wedding rings at a reasonable cost I would definitely order from them.
