I immediately emailed-urgent! They changed my order and I still recieved the ring on Christmas Eve. Christmas was perfect. He was so pleased with this beautiful ring. Good product but slow communication

Overall I was happy with the quality of what I ordered. The original ring I did order was too big, so I had to send it in for an exchange. The exchange was relatively painless, though communication from the company became halted and non-responsive for a period of time, as my ring returned on a Tuesday and they didn’t inform me until Friday that it had shipped out on Wednesday—as this was a ring for my wedding, the delay in response was disconcerting, though the rest of the process was relatively painless
