Great Desk - Mediocre Service

Once the Desk arrived I was completely satisfied. Everything is high quality, stable, works as intended okish to setup if using the combined power of the online videos, the manual & some common sense. The service was quite bad though. That the delivery was almost 2 months late wouldn't even have been such a big issue for me... but you know if you pay 4 figures on a desk you kind of expect to be kept in the loop. I had to ping the support multiple times just to find out what was happening and get updates. Would have expected something along the lines of "Hey just to inform you... we are missing some parts, so your delivery date is to be expected around xyz". Can still highly recommend though. Looks awesome and does exactly what it promises.

Superb quality!

I absolutely love my Enterprise Electric desk! It is very sturdy and the materials are high quality. You have to try pretty hard to make it wobble, but it does move a tiny bit if you force it to - though given its size it's still pretty impressive. I'd HIGHLY recommend two people when assembling, especially when inserting the drawer, but it is possible with one, though some parts can be VERY difficult alone. I put a couple nicks in the black finish by accidentally banging some heavy stuff around by myself, but I don't see that as an issue for normal wear and tear. It fits a 49" ultrawide monitor perfectly between the two speaker shelves and the cable management tray is wide enough to hold multiple beefy surge protectors, keeping everything tidy and clean looking. My only complaint is probably the depth of the keyboard shelf. I can't really stick my gear there because MIDI/TRS cables stick straight out and hit the back below where there are cutouts for cables. I may try removing the back of the drawer to get around that.

It allows me to save my preferred height settings, making adjustments quick and convenient. Adjustable Rack Shelf 3U: This shelf is perfect for my audio interface. It keeps everything organized and within reach. Cable Management Tray: The additional cable management tray has been essential in keeping my setup clean and clutter-free. It ensures that all my cables are neatly tucked away, preventing any tangles or mess. Pull-Out Keyboard Tray: I placed my M-Audio Oxygen PRO 61 keyboard on the pull-out tray, which works beautifully. It slides in and out smoothly, providing easy access when needed and stowing away neatly when not in use. Customizations and DIY Screen Feet Adjustment: I had to do a bit of DIY to accommodate my articulated screen feet. Using 2.5cm and 5cm wooden cleats, I was able to secure the screen perfectly. This small modification has made a big difference in ergonomics. PC Tower Security: I used straps to secure my PC tower to the strengthening bar. This ensures that my tower stays in place and adds an extra layer of stability to my setup. Future Plans I plan to add an external button to turn on my PC tower, which will further streamline my workflow. It might be a good idea to include this feature in the USB hub inlay for future models, as it would integrate seamlessly with the existing setup.
