Basketball Medal Hanger

Customer service is nonexistent. I have called and sent emails multiple times with no response. I ordered three items, received only two and no option to discuss details. Box for the Cuban necklace arrived scratched on top and the card “To my grandson” was loose and bent in the box. PLEASE SEND ME A FULL REFUND FOR THE NIGHTLIGHT THAT I’VE NOT RECEIVED!!!
