I bought my first Lone Wolf stand in 1991. I was so impressed with the quality and function of the stand that in the early 2000s I bought two Lone Wolf Alpha stands and have been 100% satisfied with them. All three stands are as good as when they were new. This year, I wanted to get another stand, so of course, I bought a Novix Echo! The online ordering was easy, the delivery was quick, and, most importantly, the quality is flawless. I am completely satisfied with my new Novix stand and can't think of buying any other brand.

Echo

I have had a chance to use it a few times. From 50 degrees to 25 degrees. No squeks No giving way. It hung right up. I did have a problem with it when I got it. The adjustment pin for the platform wouldn’t move. I sanded it down a little now it works just fine.

Customer Service ROCKS

Not specific to the Echo (It is top notch as always), the review is a shout out to Novix Customer Service. UPS lost my package - Novix worked hard to make it right. Absolute pleasure to deal with. The best. I have multiple stands, steps, accessories from Novix and will continue to use there products - I know I can count on them.
