Good Stand but Not the Best

I have been using this stand exclusively to mobile hunt the last 3 years. I do get to hunt a lot more than your average 40hr workweek guy and in that time I’ve definitely put this stand through the wringer. It is not the lightest, prettiest, or most feature rich stand that you can buy. You will need to get upgraded straps if you plan on hauling with it. The seat will need replaced. There are no tie down points for sticks or your back pack. However that stand is built very well. Nothing wobbles or creaks even after 3 years hanging in everything from swamps on the eastern shores to the rolling hills in the Midwest. The way it bites the tree is extremely reliable and predictable. My biggest gripe is weight. I do think if this stand was a touch lighter without being 200$ more it would be one of the best stands you could buy.

Awesome Setup

First time Novix buyer. I bought the helo hunt ready system but changed out the sticks from the single step to the double step. I absolutely love this setup. I am a very large guy at 6' 3" 340lbs. I know the stand is only rated for 300lbs but I bought it anyway. Im not telling anyone to do the same but I can tell you this, this stand and stick combo is extremely rock solid and quiet while I'm on them. Never once have I felt unsafe using them. The only thing I would change is next time I would've bought the echo stand. The helo platform is on the smaller side and there's not really much room for a big guy with big feet/boots to maneuver around. For the sake of a couple extra pounds, get the echo stand instead of the helo. Great product so far! Definitely would recommend

High quality and outstanding customer service

This stand rocks for mobile hunting! I’m 6’2”, 170lbs and I have not had any issues with the size of the helo. It’s become my go to for mobile hunts, having the ability to adjust the angle on platform & seat is what makes the helo stand out. I’ve found it works great as a saddle platform too. The only thing I don’t like about it is that it comes with bluish grey cam straps and those definitely stand out against any tree bark, those I switched to brown straps.
