Excellent Products, Customer Service has room for improvememt

I really enjoyed your products and was impressed by their quality. I visited your store years ago and noticed that some things had changed. I was simply curious and asked a few questions because I genuinely wanted to learn more about your products and the business. Unfortunately, I didn't feel particularly welcomed. The communication felt somewhat lacking in warmth and patience, which made the experience less comfortable than I had expected. I truly believe your products are excellent. With a little more patience and a warmer customer service experience, I think the overall experience would be outstanding.
