Braised Beef Soup(with Beef Shank)

The soup is amazing: flavor to taste, everything is perfect. The beef was slightly dry in one package (but still enjoyable) but terribly dry in a second package. I would have the soup any day, but the meat texture has been in consistent

Both braised beef shank and beef noodle soup are legit Taiwanese flavor. Pieces of meat are huge and tender.
