Hotel Sahara Nights II Pillow

This pillow feels like it was something I could’ve bought at Walmart or Family Dollar. It feels nothing absolutely nothing like the pillow. I slept on at Orange Lake resorts. The pillow has no firmness and is definately not medium. If you have slept on this pillow at a resort and it had this tag name on it, do not get this from Sobel in hopes of finding the same pillow.

Horrible customer service. We ordered four pillows and they sent four pillows however one of them was the incorrect pillow and they will do nothing to help us. These pillows are expensive and we deserve to have the one we paid for.

Not quite the same as Disney World pillows

The pillow is very good, but when I was at Disney World in April, I looked at the tag on the pillows. Now it was not a Sahara Nights II, but just Sahara Nights: firm. I ordered this one because you said it was a 'firm' pillow in your advertisement. So I wish it was a little bit firmer.
