The technicians love to work with this product and the office staff has been helpful when FedEx was delivering to the wrong location. The only thing I would change is even though the order screen has a place for a PO number, that space on the email confirming my purchase is blank.

Impressed that there are two layers of the foil covered bubble wrap separated at 24” intervals with a strip, this creates an air gap which in turn increases the thermo value. I was wrapping around circular venting ducts and it was tricky when going around a bend, or at a change of duct size. Buy all in all it went well. The tape provided was fantastic. Now for the next heating bill!!
