I am very pleased with my latest bottle of this. It came with cotton in the top to stop the tablets from poking around in shipment and breaking. I had some breakage with my first bottle of these a year ago but now there was none! These work really well as a recent test showed my calcium level right where it should be! That has been a struggle for me but this product fixed all that! I do take 3 tablets a day because that what my body needs. I really like this product and the great quantity in each bottle.
