Sizing issue

I recently received a bunch of imperial gems sized jars, not knowing that the gem size was being discontinued. I found Mason Jar Merchant and order quite a few sets of lids & bands. Today I received the order, I tried a bakers dozen of the sets… 3 of the 13 bands will not screw onto the jars. I paid quite a bit of the lids & bands so I was quite disappointed in the percentage of failures in the first set used.

Gem lids 78 mm

I was so happy to find you! I am 75 years old and have been canning since I was in my twenties. Needless to say I have lots of quart sealers that Bernardin has decided not to make lids for any more. Thank you for supplying lids. Forever grateful.
