Harbinger Rhubarb Preserve

Delicious BUT very low shelf life after opening even when kept in fridge; not helped by the fact that the lid was impossible to open so had to cut a hole in the top (quite dangerous) which meant that the contents were no longer airtight. The machine that applies the lids needs adjusting.

It tastes lovely and the colour looks stunning in desserts and cakes. Worth every penny. Arrived quickly packed well with a cute recipe card. 👍
