Comfits - HARD sugar coated liquorice pieces

I ordered the liquorice comfits. I would order these by the barrel if I could. They are the perfect balance of sweet crunchy coating and contrasting creamy but a little sharp liquorice. Highly recommended!

I’m a Boomer so liquorice (or Spanish as I knew it) was in vogue. Off to the sweetie shop with sixpence in hand to decide what delights to buy. Anything liquorice for me so torpedoes were definitely on the cards and these took me right back to my youth.

They are my favourite liquorice sweet. Will be buying again soon.
