The company quickly looked into a shipping /delivery order when FEDEX lost my shipment. They reshipped the item and I received it the tree within a week.

The boxes, weighing 150 and 80 pounds, were left by the road about 700 feet from our door. They guarantee door to door, but they are lying. I called and emailed to complain. They insisted I didn't buy anything from them until I said I'd have the bank reverse the charge. Then, poof, like Dr. Jeckyll, the real side, Hyde, appeared. They became extremely rude. We have two acres in West Virginia and need to plant trees every year. We WON'T order from them again
