Eastern Red Cedar

Arrived and planted

In my late years, I have discovered birda and gardens, which my busy life didn’t allow time for in younger days. I saw a bird video that said eastern red cedars were the best gift I could give to my birds. So, I ordered a 3 gallon cedar. It arrived and was planted immediately. There were a few dead branches, but I’m imagining that could be normal due to shipping? Anyway, the rest seems very healthy, and I placed it in the center of my yard. I’m excited to watch it grow.
