Product received was in great condition. Well packaged. However when ordering the product there was no inclination that this was a pre-order product. Not on the site we ordered on or on our receipt from the order. If we would of know this was a pre-ordered product we would have not ordered. We needed this before the 12th of December and spend extra on priority shipping (1-2 days). The product was received after we needed it. When reaching out to company via email they only told me they were sorry for the miss information and that it was being prepared. Again the product itself was delivered great and packaging was great. Just wish we know ahead of time that it was a pre-order. Lesson learned.

Easy to apply. Worked great for Santa's beard!
