All around decent product. It was my first time using something like this so there was a learning curve. I bought a bag of pellets and that was hit or miss. Maybe I wasn’t using the correct pellets as I was using pellets for cooking. It was either they burn quick or they smoked us out. Using small pieces of brush worked nicely. When I had a nice fire going it was great. Customer service was above and beyond my expectations. They were able to get me the fire pit before I left for vacation. The price for a licensed product was reasonable.
