Maui Mokka: The Best!
They know what they’re doing at Big Island Roasters. I’ve had these tiny beans from a few Hawaiian roasters, but these people do a great job in roasting, flavor profiles and packaging the beans. Probably the best I’ve had. I always use a little more beans for Hawaiian coffee, versus other coffees, as it’s not typically as strong. All the flavor notes are there.
