Well what can I say? It’s Bernardo Faria a 5 time world champion. For those you that don’t know, Bernardo’s learning material is first class and very easy to understand and especially ideal for the older grapplers in the game. As for Faria’s latest instructional the Single strap back take? It’s Excellent and the Single strap back take has become my favourite method for taking the back. What can I say? It works real well, like all his other material does.
