Deep Wisdom
I am very interested in body work and the idea of the Soma - this programme introduced me to new ways of feeling into the body and exploring the concept of the Soma in more depth. I feel you need to dedicate time and patience to this programme to really benefit (and have to admit that I need to re-visit) but Reggie Wray feels very authentic and I learned deep techniques that I have incorporated into my practice.
