I am about 10 years out and as I entered into early menopause my vitamins just weren’t cutting it. I follow an bariatric patient on IG and she raves about Celebrate Vitamins so I ordered. The calcium chews are awesome and I love the stackable cups that came with this but the chewable (not soft chew) multivitamin is difficult to get down. I feel better on these vitamins but I will be getting all soft chews in my next order.
