Rio foods online is a very nimble operation. After I put in a first order, I was almost immediately contacted and shipping info was provided for tracking, and within a week's time, order was delivered to the north east. I ordered Oleaster, or Russian olives, hard to find in this part of the world, dried limes, and tamarind pods. They arrived clean and fresh. I used the latter 2 for tea and snack on oleaster daily. They provide sustenance but are comforting so definitely substituted less ideal foods. They are also accommodating to reasonable requests. I ordered subscription, but realized the time frame doesn't work. They immediately responded to the cancel request. I'm glad to have found a reliable source for certain foods and look forward to more sustainable varieties.
