Excellent with raw sugar for a distilling wash

Just need to add some DAP, takes a while (about 9-10 days at 30c) but the result for me has been a clean neutral spirit. Perfect for re-distilling into a gin. Will be using this to try a tequila and a rum soon.. seems it should work with those.
