Galaxy Turquoise Discus

I was not very happy with the two yellow Golden discus. They appear to be somewhat stunted and do not have good body shape. The symmetry of the facial area is not correct, the distance between the eyes and the edge of the face is not proportionate, and the eyes appear too large for the size of the fish. This was the only aspect of my purchase that I was dissatisfied with. Even though the store has explained that these are young fish, I am a discus breeder myself, and I can clearly see that these fish are not developing properly and are behind in their growth and development.

The assortment pack was a really nice selection. I got a variety of discus that were all vibrant and colorful. FedEx delivered them to the wrong house and never got back with me when they said they would. I took it upon myself and drove around the neighborhood and found them and took them home. When I got them in my tank they were definitely stressed to say the least, but they colored up within the next day. I’m really pleased with my discus and they’re doing great.
