The felt is fine, but it didn’t have adhesive like I ordered.

The wrong product was shipped to me and I needed it immediately for a project. They offered to ship the correct product but only after I returned the very inexpensive product they sent me. (More for shipping than the product was worth.) It was such a hassle I just threw away the product and went to plan B.
