Quality is mediocre. Not as good as I was expecting

I have been looking for a way to back some of my fine art hand stitched pieces. After browsing through the website and viewing the selections I ordered some samples. After choosing the F-15 Industrial Wool Felt, I placed an order. I had a short timeline to complete my work with the felt as the backing, so I called to expedite the order processing.
