The product does not adjust well to serve as a XL for size 14 shoes and the instructions aren't clear how to do it.

Good customer service

Seems kind of cheap to send regular size trees with longer parts to have you install. The foot part should be larger than the standard size. It should be a different product than the standard size trees.
