Only issue I have is the programming instructions are limited. The unit has quite a few advanced menu options and I haven't been able to find instructions re these functions anywhere. I'm still waiting to hear back from customer support on this

Installed the KDF55 filter, installation when smoothly and took about 1 hour. It is doing excellent job of removing chlorine.

Wasn't sure I had it set up correctly so I called svc. We ran a few tests and it was. It just took a few days for the soft water to really take effect here in San Antonio where we have the hardest water in the country. Now I tell you what....I was never a big believer in water softeners and bought this on a whim but now that the water is soft we don't know how we ever lived without it. Everything stays so much cleaner. Our sinks throughout the house simply need wiped down instead of scrubbed. Kitchen sink is the same way. Soap last so much longer, dishes are spotless. Hair and skin are so much softer. Don't need lotion anymore. Amazing!!! Thank you guys so much for a great deal and quality equipment.
