Easy to install, shipping time and packaging can be improved. There was only one band holding the box together and the bypass valve and head was loose in the box. All the fittings were loose in the bottom of the box and there was a small box inside but it was crushed I guess everything was suppose to be in the small box. But all in all seems like a good system my client likes it.

The instructions for installing this was a little confusing it was missing a part and was difficult to fit the head on

Great experience working with this company from order to delivery. I especially appreciate the customer service. Our system performs as advertised. I would definitely recommend this company and product. I did not self install but also included a 3-way bypass valve. I am a happy customer.
