Sailor Ink Studio 143 - 20ml Bottled Ink

I have it in a Levenger "sea glass" True Writer, and somehow that combo is very satisfactory. ¶ The color of the ink is periwinkle. Google "periwinkle" and hit IMAGES. You're looking at Sailor 143. ¶ The advertising picture from Sailor makes it look bluer and lighter than it is. If the ink was the color in the picture, I wouldn't even want it. I wanted periwinkle, which is very, very hard to get. Yet here it is.

Shading blue!

Gorgeous, right up there with my favorite blue (konpeki) the right amount of bright but also subdued. It's perfect, and it leaves a beautiful pink shading as well

Excellent 'soft' blue for contrast

The Sailor inks are new to me, but I am enjoying the experience - with the more pastel colors.
