I love my coffee maker, it’s super cute and fun. The only complaint I have is their customer service. I dropped the pot and ordered a new one. I ordered the 12 cup pot, the only one they had, when I got it, it was the wrong one, I guess they are no longer making my the coffee maker I had, I sent a email to see if I could return it, since it doesn’t work with my coffee maker. I explained what happened, I got a email back saying we sent you a 12 cup pot. According to their return policy I have 15 days to return it, in the original packaging. They never sent me any to return it after I emailed a few times. I ended up buying a new coffee pot. I think this brand is so cute, but please get better at customer service
